HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery usually takes:

• 5–12 business days for products shipped from a United States warehouse
• 10–20 business days for products shipped from an international warehouse

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the order has shipped.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?

If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address. PetDrive is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

Please contact us as soon as possible at allejr@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and free from pet hair, odors, stains, dirt, or damage. Original packaging and proof of purchase may also be required.

All returns must be approved before being shipped.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preference.

PetDrive will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

The fastest way to receive another product, size, or color is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

CAN PRODUCTS ARRIVE IN SEPARATE PACKAGES?

Yes. Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates.
