Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PetDrive. We work to process and deliver your order as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Destinations

PetDrive currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes the recipient’s name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and any other relevant delivery information.

PetDrive is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, fulfillment location, and other factors outside our control.

Most orders are estimated to arrive within:

  • 5 to 12 business days for products shipped from a United States warehouse
  • 10 to 20 business days for products fulfilled from an international warehouse

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, when applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping promotions may be available for selected products, order values, destinations, or promotional periods. Any applicable conditions will be shown on the website or during checkout.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different locations.

As a result, your order may:

  • Be divided into more than one package
  • Have more than one tracking number
  • Arrive on different dates

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take 2 to 5 business days after shipment confirmation to begin showing updates in the carrier’s system.

Some orders may receive limited tracking updates while in transit, particularly when they are being transferred between international and local carriers.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs processing
  • International transportation delays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Local delivery restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at support@shoppetdrive.com and include your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and assist you whenever reasonably possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location, including porches, entrances, garages, mailrooms, and other safe areas.
  2. Ask household members, building staff, or neighbors whether they accepted the package.
  3. Confirm that the shipping address entered during checkout was correct.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.
  5. Contact PetDrive at support@shoppetdrive.com if you still need assistance.

PetDrive is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer. However, we will review each situation and provide reasonable assistance when possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@shoppetdrive.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the product and packaging

We will evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Changes

Contact us immediately at support@shoppetdrive.com if you need to change your shipping address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing, been fulfilled, or been shipped.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
