We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unwashed, and free from pet hair, dirt, odors, stains, or damage.
The item must also include its original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Items that arrive defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered are not subject to the unused-condition requirements above.
Starting a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@shoppetdrive.com and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photographs or videos, when applicable
Returns must be approved before being shipped.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the correct authorized return address.
Do not return the product to the address shown on the original package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to personal preference, an incorrect size or color selection, or a change of mind.
PetDrive will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return results from an error by PetDrive or from a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@shoppetdrive.com.
Please include your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue so that we can evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, the available solution may include a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items showing signs of use, washing, pet hair, odors, stains, or damage caused after delivery
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Products clearly identified as final sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product, size, or color is to request a return for the original item.
Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired product, size, or color.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
